Wk 19

 Ooooh!   I thought Hayden might be getting bored of his mobile so I hadn't been putting him under it as much.  I did this weekend and he made a modification to help keep it interesting by batting all the objects with his feet instead of his hands!   What a funny little boy.

 This week I got three shots and some yucky stuff squirted in my mouth but it wasn't that bad

 Mom and dad made me try some mushy green stuff - at least they mixed it with milk.  This is me before my very first food challenge

 They call this food avacado - hmmmm

 Yeah - I showed that avacado who's boss.  Hayden 1 Avacado 0  Mom and dad said there is more to come - bring it!

 Mom's friend Anne got me some new socks - they are much more fun than shoes!  Thanks Anne!

Overall, it was a busy week - shots, avacadoes, laughing...  I am getting to experience so much!

Wk18

 This week was SO tiring - mommy took me to work with her everyday and I had to entertain everyone.  It's a rough life...

 Luckily, when I get home I get to stretch out on my giraffe mat

 It is very fun -especially when mom and dad let me play on my back instead of my tummy

Wk 17

This week we went to Chicago for work and play. My mommy presented a poster at a conference, and uncle Allen presented his liver at the annual WhiskyFest. Daddy, aunt Kate, cousin Adelle, and grandma Ann came along for all the fun. Here are grandma and  me enjoying some time at the Field Musuem.

 We spent a bit of time at this exhibit of modern american history.  Fascinating to view 21st century formica tables with sodas and the tired feet of our ancestors    Or at least my daddy kept making some stupid joke to that effect. Trees en route from the Hyatt Regency hotel to the Field Museum

 My mommy loves how the yellow flowers contrast with the juxtaposittion of the concrete.  I appreciate how she frame the photo with the trash can and a homeless person.    Ahhh,  city life!

 I don't see what the big deal was here! I just had  little upset tummy, people.   We went out for Indian food and I only chucked at least 6 times. This is a good example of the wreckage... notice my smirk.  tee hee!

It looks like Dad and Grandma are enjoying some white wine over lunch!   I didn't know my daddy was interested in such things.

  Oh, man!   I really want to get a bit of that deep dish Chicago style pizza!

 For some reason,  my daddy ordered a burger with Kalamatta olives.   It would not be recommended by this critic.  Some of my big smiles cause me to stick out my tongue.

We took the Amtrak to Chicago! It was a lot of fun!
