Happy New Year 2014!

 Dapper Daniel!
 Cute little eyes
 I have an idea!
 H in action
 If I had a hammer...
 Yummy!
 Smiley baby
Playing a round of mini golf (in our family room!)
 Getting some love from Grandma
Daniel is so happy (most of the time:))  His smiles make my day
 Hey!
 Coy boy
 I'm getting sleepy
Everybody stop what you are doing and look at me!
OK - now that I have everyone's attention...
 Boy time
 Daniel gets the inside joke
 Boo!  Are you scared?
 Mommy and the boys
 Partial faux hawk
 Just a sprig
I think Daniel's eyes are going to be the same color as Hayden's
 Smiles
 AAAHHH!
 Biggest cutiepie
 Uh Oh!
Is it bad that one of H's favorite games is organizing?  I figure we should take advantage of it while it lasts!  On the flip side, H decided that all the coffees should match so the choices are now creme brulee or raspberry chocolate torte!  Works for me!
 Playing in the exersaucer!
I truly realized the differences between my boys when I first put Daniel in this.  Hayden was completely overwhelmed and would not play with anything until it was demonstrated.  Then he would not move on until it was mastered.  Daniel spun around three times, hit all the toys as hard as he could until he hit himself in the head and proceeded to shriek.
That's my boy!

Hayden is (I am exceedingly happy to say) getting the hang of potty training.  He doesn't have many accidents and really enjoys his vast selection of undies (thank you Daddy!)  Daniel is growing like a weed.  He can sit by himself and babbles non-stop.  He also is rolling front to back (has been doing that since around 4 mos).  Never a dull moment with the boys!

Hayden turns 3!

Hayden helping trim the tree
He was very careful to hanging the ornaments
H, "And it has to have a hook!"
Daniel joyfully watching
Our little cutie pie
Grandma Marsh sent some yummy ice cream on dry ice.  Daddy helped Hayden understand sublimation!
Hayden is getting so big!  Not a little toddler anymore
Daniel is also getting big!  In size 9 mos clothes at 4 mos!
I can touch my toes
And eat them!
We had a pic of Hayden under the Christmas tree and I remember how small he seemed.  Daniel is a lot older than H was (5 mos vs a few days) and the size difference is huge!
Our newest present!
All smiles
H and D interact a lot more now.  This is them playing under the Christmas tree together.
Daniel enjoyed the texture of the artificial pine needles.
One of my favorite pics.
Merry Christmas!
What a cutie
Love the fat rolls!
When I went to pick up H from school the first thing he said was, "Mommy, your hair is shortish!"
Daniel didn't seem to notice
Happy birthday, Hayden!
He wanted a brownie instead of cake with brownie ice cream.  (Thank you Ben and Jerry)
Hayden blew the candles out by himself
And was really excited to be a "big boy"
Books!
After Aunt Lauren demonstrated how his newest toy worked he no longer wanted to open any more presents.  He wanted to play!
Big boy undies!
H's monster face
Daniel's monster face:)
Love these series of pics.  Don't know what was to their right but it seems very scary!
H has had enough
Poor Hayden - doesn't know what to do with Daniel in his lap!
SNOW!
Snow angels!
Daniel and Aunt Lauren playing with a pooh stick
This pic says it all!
Toy story!
H was particularly methodical in how presents were opened (apparently very slowly in very tiny pieces)
H wants to be a school bus driver when he grows up so this was the perfect gift!
THOMAS!
Admiring his new train track.  I was surprised how sophisticated the toys are these days (do I sound old or what?!?)
The cutest penguin
Daniel has the cutest smiles and gives them very freely
Enjoying the tinsel wrap
Even a passy can't contain this smile
Lovely boy!

This Christmas was awesome!  So nice to have both the boys.  Hayden really enjoyed Christmas and his birthday.  Every time it got a little quiet in the house you could hear the little rips of Hayden opening presents by himself!  What a wonderful holiday season!
